It is selling fully furnished and with traditional 1900s antiques except the beds. Inside it there are two portraits of < Pope and Wife> non signature, from the 17th century Ionian school. Other home furnishings include bridal chests from the period from Mytilene, Samos, and Macedonia and front chests from the 17th century to the 19th century. The décor also includes small collections such as iron horse riders, hookahs, decorative porcelains and handmade season embroidery. Also, in the 3rd floor bedroom there is a Viennese carved 2-meter-high toilet mirror of 1900. The central courtyard of the house is made of iron and chestnut wood, a true replica of Mount Athos (Agion Oros). The ground floor is a work of Kalamatian sculptor Elias Kantzilieris and the patio floor is an extension of the ground floor. The ground floor apartment entrance door from the street and the two front porches to the courtyard are all ironed with nails. The roof was restored from the beginning after it was first photographed in its former form. The building is located in Mani Messinia and is approximately 10 km from Kardamili (well known high standards tourist area). It is a preserved tower, and the restoration in its current form was carried out under the supervision of the competent Ministry, as far as possible in its original form.
